Conditions of booking:
To confirm the reservation, it is required to make a down payment of 30% of the total price, via bank transfer (one week maximum after making the advance booking). Your booking will not be considered effective until the payment is reveived. The remaining payment can be made in cash when you arrive at the house.
Please bear in mind that on the day of arrival you will be required to leave a security/damage deposit of 300€ (in cash). This will be returned to you on your departure day, subject to the property being left in a satisfactory condition.
CANCELLATION CHARGES: +15 DAYS = 0
CANCELLATION CHARGES: 0 - 15 DAYS = 30%
The user has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation, without penalisation, up until 15 days prior to the date of arrival, and be given back the 30% deposit.
If the reservation is cancelled after the 15 days prior to the date of arrival the 30% deposit will be forfeit.
The house can be occupied from 5:00 p.m. ON the day of arrival and has to be VACATED before 11:00 a.m. ON the day of departure. Any delay in the time of departure must be agreed previously with the owner, and is only possible when there are no arrivals that same day.
Obligations of the customer:
The occupation of the accommodation will be limited to the number of people indicated in the contract, taking into account the children (older than 2 years old and not sleeping with their own COT). The owner or the person responsible for the accommodation can forbid entry into the property where the number of guests exceeds the maximum number stated in the contract. If , during the stay, the number of people in the property is superior to that stated in the contract the reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will be evicted from the property.

The tenant has the obligation to leave the accommodation clean and tidy on their departure. This includes (by way of guidance) that cutlery and dishes must be washed up and put away, the freezer must be emptied and the rubbish removed.
If the tenant doesn’t leave the accommodation in an acceptable condition. The owner reserves the right to cover any extra cleaning outlay from the deposit.
The tenant must respect the neighbours and the cohabitation rules in where the accommodation belongs. In case of negligence or inadequate behaving, the owner reserves the right to cancel the rent contact with immediate effects and without previous warning. In this case the owner doesn’t have the obligation to return the amount of rent paid for the client. For the comfort of the neighbours it is not allowed to celebrate parties as the type of “disco”.
